If you are not happy with your purchase, just send it back to us within 14 days from the time your received it. Please contact us at (507) 345-7277 to schedule a return shipment. Refunds are issued for the cost of the merchandise only and return shipping costs are not refundable. If you return something that has been used, worn, altered, has missing items or is without the original packaging it cannot be credited back to your account. Drop shipments and special order shipments may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Once your return has been received, allow 2-3 weeks for your refund to be processed if you paid with credit or debit card. If you paid by check or money order, allow 3-4 weeks for your refund check to arrive.
In Store Return Policy
The above policy applies to items purchased directly from our website. Any purchases made from our Retail Store can be returned for an in store exchange or store credit. No refunds will be made on in store purchases.
